About the Role
The Company is seeking an EVP, Analytic Insights to lead a team that is at the forefront of driving business transformation through data. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the orchestration of all analytic outputs, including marketing mix modeling, attribution, dashboarding, and test & learn initiatives. This role requires a visionary, hands-on leader with a strong understanding of AI-driven approaches to enhance forecasting, insight generation, and workflow automation. The EVP will be a key client-facing voice for the company's analytic capabilities, translating complex analytics into actionable business strategies, and will partner with various internal teams to design and implement innovative measurement frameworks that connect marketing investments to business outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in analytics, data strategy, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. A degree in a related field is preferred, and experience in applying AI or machine learning tools to enhance analytic processes is essential. The EVP will also be involved in new business development, bringing analytic and AI-driven storytelling to client interactions, and will be expected to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
