Faculty Pediatrician Location: Jacksonville, TX Position: Employed Faculty Pediatrician Compensation: Base salary + wRVU production incentive, sign‑on bonus, relocation allowance, CME allowance, residency stipend, paid malpractice coverage, health benefits and retirement plan, marketing and practice growth assistance. Responsibilities Total of 2 physicians and 2 APPs Primarily outpatient clinic 4 days/week with coverage of the newborn nursery and basic pediatric admission to a small inpatient unit; occasionally attend deliveries with NICU close by in Tyler, TX and accessible for consults if needed. Largely cares for an underserved population and includes many family units allowing for full continuum of care.
