Perse Restaurant
Perse is seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our fine dining team in Brentwood. This role is responsible for preparing and serving signature and classic cocktails, mocktails, wine, and other beverages while maintaining Perse’s standards for quality, presentation, and hospitality.
The Bartender will provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations, maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, and work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth and timely service. Candidates should have strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine service, proper garnishing techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
The ideal candidate is polished, detail oriented, efficient under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast paced, upscale environment. Previous bartending experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is required, along with California RBS certification and a valid Food Handler Card.
