Location

This role will be generally remote, with access to Onigilly HQ in San Mateo and travel among our Bay Area locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $110,000–$125,000 per year

• Lead and inspire a team of restaurant managers to achieve operational excellence across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and solutions.
• Ensure each restaurant location adheres to company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Monitor financial performance, analyzing data to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential and career goals.

• Experience in leading and managing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record of fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within teams.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and customer service standards in the food services industry.
