Business Development Representative (BDR) – Early Career We’re looking for early‑career professionals to join our Business Development Representative (BDR) team, a high‑impact role focused on building the front end of our sales pipeline within IT staffing. As a BDR, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound outreach and building relationships with key decision‑makers across IT organizations. What You’ll Do Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking Target and build relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers within IT and technology teams Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for senior sales leaders Conduct discovery conversations to uncover hiring needs, challenges, and project‑based opportunities Partner closely with sales and recruiting teams to align on target accounts and outreach strategies Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems Stay informed on IT staffing trends, technologies, and talent market demands Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation goals Training & Development Training on IT staffing, sales processes, and consultative outreach techniques Skill‑building in prospecting, objection handling, and value‑based selling Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Clear career progression into Business Development Manager roles What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in IT staffing, recruiting, or sales required Strong interest in building a long‑term career in sales and business development Comfortable with high‑volume outbound activity (calls, emails, social outreach) Resilient, competitive, and goal‑oriented Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Coachable with a growth mindset Local to Bedford, MA, and open to hybrid work Compensation and Benefits Performance‑based incentives tied to pipeline generation Clear path to promotion with increased earning potential Flexible PTO 401(k) Life Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr
