Machine Operator Trainee-2nd Shift

Responsibilities Assist in machine setup, pre-operation checks, and equipment preparation under supervision. Learn to operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Support production processes such as packing, labeling, filling, and material handling. Perform basic quality checks and report any irregularities to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all GMP and food safety policies. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during training and daily operations. Collaborate with team members and trainers to ensure smooth workflow and learning progression. Required Key Skills and Qualifications No prior machine operation experience required — training provided. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and training protocols. Strong attention to detail and desire to build technical skills. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Dependability, punctuality, and positive attitude toward learning.
