Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Perform therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Utilize rehab gym equipment during therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR (Meditech).
