Job Summary Work Location: Temecula, CA Work Schedule: Full‑time, 30–40 hours per week with variable shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight) and days (Friday, Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Work may be assigned irregularly with little advance notice. Pay Pay Rate: $20.24 / Hour Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle. Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards. Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles. Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits. Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements. Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required. Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders. Basic Qualifications Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Have a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred). Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
