CNA – FT Evenings (Contract) – New York (14456)

• Location: New York, 14456

• Pay Rate: $665 – $762 (weekly)

• Schedule: Full-Time, Evenings

  • Hours: 5x7.5s (7.5-hour shifts)

  • Includes: Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required

Position Requirements:

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification required

• BLS (AHA or RQI only) required

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of LTC (Long-Term Care) or CNA experience required

• Must have been licensed/certified for at least 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care

• Support resident safety by responding to call lights, preventing falls, and maintaining a safe environment

• Assist with feeding, meal setup, and ensuring nutritional needs and preferences are met

• Support mobility and rehabilitation activities such as transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises

• Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition, behavior, and concerns

• Communicate resident status updates to the Charge or Supervising Nurse in a timely manner

Additional Notes:

• Role involves potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and bodily fluids

• Must follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
