Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Facilitate patient education about their illness and treatment plan.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations.
• Document patient records accurately in the Epic system.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Active AK RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACM certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Ability to work every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule.
