As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you have the opportunity to use your clinical expertise while building meaningful relationships with residents and the people who care for them. What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care while promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

• Complete nursing assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in health status

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, CNAs, LPNs, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Provide clinical guidance, support, and leadership to nursing staff

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare partners

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulations

• Serve as a resident advocate and promote a culture of compassionate care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care

• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively

• Commitment to providing exceptional nursing care with respect and compassion
