We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the mortgage servicing process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mortgage servicing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in mortgage servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site and commit to a full-time schedule.
