This role partners with the lines of business, digital, product, and transformation leaders to turn strategic investments into measurable business outcomes.The leader drives change strategies for major technology implementations, digital products, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities, helping teams adapt to new ways of working while maintaining operational stability. They establish scalable frameworks for stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and value realization.As a key leader in the firm's digital transformation journey, the Director fosters a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible technology adoption.
