My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Pelham, NY and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
