Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Assembly Workers in Ridgeway, VA! These are 1st shift positions offering paid lunch breaks and flexible schedule in a climate-controlled environment.

• Assemble and tape boxes in accordance with packaging requirements and production schedules.
• Pack bottles and gel syringes accurately while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Place bottles onto the production line to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Perform rework activities, including unpacking bottles from existing packaging and repacking them into new boxes as required.
• Build product displays according to company specifications and work instructions.
• Place caps on bottles and verify proper fit and product presentation.
• Stack finished goods onto pallets safely and efficiently for storage or shipment.
• Work effectively in a non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures may fluctuate based on outdoor weather conditions.

Desired Background/Skills

Must be at least 18 years of age. No previous experience required; training will be provided. On-the-job training available to support success in the role. Steel-toe shoes are required.
