Job Title

Position Summary: This role involves a variety of responsibilities including operating forklifts, managing inventory, providing member service, maintaining safety, and ensuring the sales floor and merchandising presentation adhere to company policies.

What You'll Do:

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
• Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick up orders throughout the day.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels in assigned areas.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
• Proactively identifies customers who need help and assists them with technology services and items.
• Respect the individual by embracing differences and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
• Act with integrity by maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
• Serve our customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first.
• Strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, a desire to learn, and taking calculated risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience
• Retail Experience
• Supervising a team
