The ideal candidate has very strong product management skills and leadership, a solid business mind, and is passionate about driving change and getting things done. This individual will be a trusted partner for internal business stakeholders across business units and functional organizations, understanding and aligning to business strategy, identifying needed capabilities and requirements, and owning a roadmap that will enable the business strategy. The Solution Manager will work hand-in-hand with the agile delivery teams to deliver on the roadmap and its objectives. Key responsibilities include:Business-facing partner for the IT organizationManage entire solution lifecycle from concept to launch to discontinuationOwn the vision, roadmaps, program backlog, business prioritization, ROI, value, and business relationship for the designated business value streamProvide successful solutions that meet/exceed expectations and provide business valueFacilitate across relevant stakeholders and agile teams to gather business requirements and deliver on needed business capabilities to meet the requirementsBe responsible for the roadmap, its success, and its committed business case deliverablesDeliver successful solutions that align with business priorities and business valueEducational & Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study, MBA preferred10+ years of proven product/solution management experience leading large scale IT solutions for Subscription Management and Billing applications in a transformational environmentFull understanding of subscription lifecycle and product/customer entitlement processesBilling and invoice presentation experience, inclusive of taxation, for both subscription and non-subscription sale typesOracle Subscription Management and Oracle Fusion Receivables experience preferredExperience working in a global, multi-national software technology firmAgile delivery methodology experienceProven ability with facilitating and collaborating across stakeholders and agile teams to achieve solution goalsPersonal Qualifications:Confident, innovative thinking, and a strong sense of ownership and initiativeA solver of complex and unique problems with broad-reaching organizational impactDemonstrates a strong mix of business acumen and advocacy, market research, and technical skillsUnderstands conceptual system architecture to articulate the product's overall process lifecycleOperates and leads without supervision in a fast moving, complex organizational environmentSuperb written and verbal communication skills, and ability to convey complex messages to senior executives in a simple and clear mannerFlexible and adaptive, able to work across multiple simultaneous projectsTeam oriented and collaborative approach in working across teamsProven abilities to present to executive level audiencesCurious and committed to personal developmentOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
