Occupational Therapist (OT) in Skilled Nursing Facility Now Staffing Occupational Therapists for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas. Flagstar Rehab OTs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

We can assist you with setting up a corporation free-of-charge. Ask us how! Hourly Pay Rate: W2 $44-$48 1099: $55-$61 Occupational Therapist Job Duties:
• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow.
• Supervise COTAs daily.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis. Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software. Occupational Therapists employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive:
• Fully Paid Orientation.
• Paid Sick Leave.
