Location: Oakes KIA | North Kansas City, MO Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Rotating Saturday Compensation: $18 - $19 an hour

About the Role

Oakes Auto Group is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Oakes Direct Driver to support our growing vehicle delivery and transportation operations. This role is responsible for safely transporting customer vehicles, dealership inventory, and auction purchases while providing a professional experience that reflects the Oakes Auto Group brand. What You'll Do

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, auctions, and third-party vendors
• Represent Oakes Auto Group positively during all customer interactions
• Refuel vehicles, perform jump starts, and assist with basic vehicle preparation
• Complete light vehicle cleaning and ensure vehicles are ready for transport or delivery

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet the company's vehicle insurance eligibility requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Experience driving a variety of vehicle makes and models preferred
• Reliable transportation and a dependable means of communication
