The BEST chiropractic clinic in Central Texas is expanding and seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our medium-sized team of 6-15 members. This role balances patient care and administrative duties, supporting both the Chiropractors and our patients throughout their visits. Responsibilities

• Manage front desk tasks including patient check-out, appointment scheduling, phone handling, and record filing
• Assist with patient exams and operate X-Ray equipment (training provided)
• Support patients on/off various therapies as instructed
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Deliver excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office for administrative tasks
• Stay active and engaged throughout the workday, adapting to dynamic clinic needs

 

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in chiropractic or healthcare support roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with appointment scheduling and medical administration
• Ability to assist with patient care and X-Ray operation
• Teamwork, time management, and adaptability in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
