This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, diverse medical-surgical environment. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans that incorporate physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments, ensuring positive patient outcomes. Job Details Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Active Michigan license verification (LARA and Nursys). Valid BLS (AHA) certification. Two or more years of experience in a medical-surgical setting. Experience on Level II or Level I trauma units is required. Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience and a strong knowledge base in cardiac, trauma, or surgical patient care. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: Candidates must adhere to a strict 3 strike attendance policy, with specific provisions for illness or hospitalization.
