Make a meaningful impact as a school nurse supporting K–12 students as a floater in an engaging educational environment. This full-time, onsite contract position runs from August 17, 2026, through June 18, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM to 4 PM, 40 hours per week). You'll cover multiple campuses—all within a 6-mile radius—providing essential health services where they're needed most.

Ideal candidates possess a passion for pediatric healthcare and demonstrate flexibility as they commute to different campuses. Both RN and LPN applicants with school-based experience are invited to apply, provided you hold an active Massachusetts license and have dependable transportation.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license
• Previous experience in school-based nursing (K-12 preferred)
• Comfortable commuting daily to various campus locations within designated proximity
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work the set schedule without accommodations
• Completion of fingerprinting and CORI background check required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and emergency interventions across K–12 settings
• Collaborate with administrators, staff, and families to promote student health and safety
• Maintain accurate student health records and documentation in compliance with school regulations
• Travel between campuses to provide coverage and respond to needs as scheduled by the district
• Participate in health education, screenings, and community health initiatives
