Auto Glass & ADAS Calibration Technician - Jaguar Land Rover Dallas Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa, and Snell Collision. As an Auto Glass & ADAS Calibration Technician, you'll perform OEM glass replacement, repair, and full ADAS calibrations, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer safety and performance standards. You'll work with cutting‑edge technology, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and deliver the highest level of workmanship expected from a luxury dealership. Requirements Replace and install OEM windshields, side glass, and mouldings with precision and care. Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations using Jaguar Land Rover‑approved equipment and procedures. Diagnose and correct calibration issues, camera/radar alignment concerns, and sensor faults. Use factory‑level tools and software to complete calibrations and document results. Stay up‑to‑date with ADAS advancements, OEM repair protocols, and relevant technical service bulletins. Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards. Protect customer vehicles at all times with proper covers, tape, tools, and OE‑approved material. Adhere to dealership policies, warranty guidelines, and documentation requirements. Qualifications 2+ years of professional auto glass installation experience (dealership or high‑end shop preferred). Experience performing ADAS calibrations (static and dynamic required). Strong knowledge of windshield R/R, trim removal, urethane systems, and glass‑setting techniques. Familiarity with OEM repair procedures; JLR experience is a plus. Ability to work with factory calibration tools and software platforms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain repair steps when needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings (background check and drug test). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
