The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high‑precision environment. Essential FunctionsDaily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Assist in the movement of materials or equipment within facility. Grind and deburr weldments.Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material.Use power tools and machinery as needed.Assist Fitters with set up.Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirementsAchieve quality and production goalsRegular, consistent, and punctual attendanceFollow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesAbility to work with and without supervision.Personal effectiveness/credibility.Clear and consistent communication with team.High School Diploma or recognized equivalent.Apply today and build your future with Visioneering.
