Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our St. Marys, PA Pediatric Home Care Office as a Clinical Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to combine clinical expertise with leadership while supporting pediatric clients and mentoring a team of dedicated field nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout St. Marys and the surrounding communities .
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Coordinate ongoing training, mentorship, and in-services for field clinicians.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families while promoting quality outcomes and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
