Finance Director

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to partner with executive leadership in driving financial performance, business planning, and operational decision-making. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, process improvement, and providing actionable insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Develop management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial analysis
Partner with leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support monthly financial reporting and performance reviews
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance
Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system optimization initiatives
Evaluate strategic projects, investments, and business initiatives
Mentor and support members of the finance and accounting team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Experience partnering with leadership to drive business decisions
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in multi-entity, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or project-based environments is a plus
