Production General - Harvesting

As Production General - Harvesting you:

• Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a warm, hot, or wet environment.
• Use appropriate tools, such as knives, hooks, or other specialized equipment.
• Perform physical tasks that require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
• Stand on hard surfaces all shift; use of ladders and personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in all areas of the facility.

As Production General - Manufacturing you:

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a variety of warm, hot, wet, cold, or slippery surfaces at varied heights within and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to perform the duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to work extended hours from Monday to Saturday, with daily overtime. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Start times and hours vary based on production needs.
• Successfully completed trainings:
  • Safety.
  • Safe Food Quality (SQF).
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Food Defense.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous harvesting or manufacturing experience in a USDA inspected beef, pork, or poultry facility.
• Previous production experience.
• Work history within the last 12 months.
