Responsibilities Conducts market analysis using historical data to forecast trends and assess market elasticity. Evaluates seasonality, marketing programs, capacity constraints, expansion plans, and regulatory changes to predict competitor growth. Generates departmental reports for Annual Capital and Operating Budgets. Performs marketing analysis across Direct Mail, Events, Promotions, and Player Events. Analyzes EBITDA‑generating projects through revenue initiatives and expense controls, providing actionable recommendations to senior management. Identifies trends through data analysis to support forecasts and budgets. Assists in developing communication tools to share key metrics and analytical insights. Supports preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Compares actual operating results to budget and prior year performance. Contributes to presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews. Monitors labor costs and reports findings to financial and operational teams. Prepares ad‑hoc reports as requested. Proactively assists team members as needed. Demonstrates teamwork and collaborates with other departments to enhance efficiency. Effectively prioritizes, organizes, and completes multiple tasks. Promotes and delivers superior customer service in alignment with company standards. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and reports potential issues to management.
