We are seeking a per diem PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player. NEW RATE SCALE STARTING AT $55.00 hour and up based on experience Madison Pointe Care Center offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist Physical therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Physical Therapist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB SUMMARY

Physical Therapist conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for PT evaluation and/or PT intervention. Physical Therapist evaluates residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data utilized in developing the PT plan of care. Physical Therapist provides PT treatment to residents when indicated per the PT plan of care. Physical Therapist provides supervision of PTA’s. Physical Therapist actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility success.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program A current Florida Physical Therapist License Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of Net Health and Point Click Care preferred
