In this role, you’ll work directly with clients in clinic and home‑based settings, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll collect session data, follow evidence‑based practices, and support progress in communication, social, and daily living skills. Pay : $22 - $27 / hour ($500 Sign-On Bonus for valid RBTs) Why Alongside?
