Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Leader Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and create a great guest experience. They take charge of setting morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision, maintain the quality of food and beverages, and ensure a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification before completion of leadership training Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required for specific locations) and meet driving qualifications per company policy Physical Demands Requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
