Duties and Responsibilities Provides basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions Data entry - enters data into various database applications Receives data and sourcing documents, compiles, sorts, interprets and verifies data to be entered Communicates effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers Provides customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls Provides exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment. Safeguards confidential customer information Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 6 am to 6 pm Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment Proficiency in 10-key data entry from computer keyboard Experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive and customer friendly outlook Reliable high-speed internet service and the ability to maintain a secure, consistent home internet connection that supports daily job responsibilities, including video conferencing, collaboaration tools, and other work-related systems is required. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $17/hr - $21/hr. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
