Civil Litigation Attorney

Augusta, Maine | Onsite Pay: $110-150K+ Depending on Experience Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team and take ownership of a diverse caseload from client intake through resolution! This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands‑on litigation, courtroom experience, and direct client interaction, with the opportunity to play an active role in case strategy and management! Responsibilities Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents Represent clients at in-person and Zoom court hearings Conduct legal research using Westlaw Manage client intake, case strategy, and ongoing client communication Handle e-filing, case documentation, and litigation deadlines Collaborate with clients, attorneys, courts, opposing counsel, and other case professionals Qualifications: Maine Bar License in good standing 3+ years of litigation experience Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated courtroom experience Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: Civil/Business Litigation, Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice, Probate/Trusts & Estate Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Family/Divorce, Criminal Law, or Appeals TNG123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
