Position Type: Hourly | Part-time

Schedule: Part-time; Fridays 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. / Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. / Sundays 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.

Location: Timnath / Arvada / Thornton

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Prerequisite: Background check required

About the Role

The In-Store Representative is the face of the company inside an assigned retail store. This person represents the brand on the floor, builds trusted relationships with store associates and leadership, and partners closely with the local franchise owner to generate high-quality installation leads.

This role suits an outgoing, relationship-driven person who likes to move around the store, connect with people, and turn conversations into scheduled estimates.

Partnership & Relationship Focus

• Represent the company professionally in the assigned retail store at all times.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store employees, department leads, and store leadership.
• Serve as a reliable partner to the local franchise owner by communicating store dynamics, lead flow, and relationship health.
• Protect and strengthen the retail partnership through consistency, follow-through, and a collaborative attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong, positive, collaborative relationship with all store employees and management.
• Generate viable flooring installation leads inside the assigned retail store.
• Engage shoppers and store associates to identify project opportunities and introduce company services.
• Input collected leads into the company’s designated program the same day for the assigned Customer Service Representative.
• Record accurate details: first and last name, phone number, email, address, and project details.
• Schedule appointment date and time, when applicable, and confirm accuracy.
• Maintain and communicate product and installation specifics to potential customers.
• Provide a high level of client service that creates customer satisfaction and reflects well on the company and the host retail store.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal communication and in-person relationship skills.
• Comfort working independently on a retail floor while representing the brand.
• Willingness to continuously learn products and explain features and benefits clearly.
• Ability to read people and influence a diverse set of customers and store associates.
• Highly motivated to achieve strong business results.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented team player.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems and set priorities to meet business goals.

Education and Experience

• Sales or customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail store.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour

Lead Commission: $18.00 per lead that results in a sales estimate, with additional bonus structures available.
