Generous PTO Profit Sharing Mentorship $35 / hour Responsibilities Team Rehabilitation – Broad Ripple is currently hiring professional and driven PRN Certified Athletic Trainers to provide exceptional care for contracted school student-athletes and community outreach coverage. The compensation for this role is $35 per hour, and employees are eligible to attend local onsite continuing education opportunities. Primary responsibilities include: Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages. Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care. Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs. Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies. Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers Licensed as an Athletic Trainer Strong communication skills to manage the triage of athletes for further care and in developing relationships with the athletes, parents, coaches and school personnel Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr
