Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer in Grass Valley, California this position involves performing various ultrasound procedures within the radiology department. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role supports the imaging of OB/GYN, abdomen, small parts, carotid arteries, DVT studies, renal arteries, para, thoracic, and biopsy procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, with call required, every other weekend (EOW)
• Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification, BLS certification, valid license to submit. Minimum of 2 years of experience in vascular sonography.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Level 2 trauma, EPIC EMR system, previous travel experience, and familiarity with RRA's not required.
• Float: Outpatient coverage as necessary during the shift.
• Additional Information: Rotate with core staff. The department has four ultrasound scanners/rooms (two outpatient, two inpatient). Procedures are performed using GE L8 and L9 equipment. No IV starts required. Radiologist on-site 8AM-5PM. COVID vaccination is required, with options for declination.
