What You'll Do Every day is an opportunity to help someone look and feel their best. As a Skin Expert, you'll: Perform customized facial treatments, including Signature Facials, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Brow Waxing, and Brow Tinting. Build genuine relationships with clients and guide them through their skincare journey. Educate clients on home care and recommend professional skincare products that deliver results. Help grow our membership community through exceptional service and personalized recommendations. Maintain treatment rooms and equipment while following the highest standards of sanitation and safety. Collaborate with an incredible team that believes in supporting one another and delivering exceptional client care. Meet individual service, retail, and membership goals while creating an outstanding experience for every guest. We're Looking For Someone Who Holds a current Esthetician License in the state of Michigan (required). Loves connecting with people just as much as performing treatments. Is passionate about skincare and committed to continued education. Is confident recommending retail products and customized treatment plans. Thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering an elevated guest experience. Brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset every day.
