Veeva Vault RIM Lead — Analytics & Integration Expert

Design, build, implement, and maintain Veeva Vault RIM Plan and implement complex enhancements and incremental updates, including adding modules to the existing vault implementation Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to align requirements and development work Implement a strategic application roadmap with the IT System Owner Translate business requirements into Veeva RIM functional and solution specifications Provide impact analysis on current configurations and dependencies Develop and facilitate strategies for system, data, and application integration Oversee and mentor development teams and manage internal and external technical resources Conduct research on emerging technologies, including AI, for systems development initiatives Provide guidance on technology trends and best practices Test applications and releases and recommend feature enhancements Develop, roll out, and support business and application services Support M&A and divestiture activities through data extraction or import into target systems Requirements 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in Veeva RIM administration and service delivery An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience Expert technical knowledge of RIM platforms, preferably with relevant certifications Proven expertise in data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools such as advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms Knowledge of industry best practices in RIM Experience in user and application support Familiarity with incident and change management processes Understanding of SAFe Agile framework Strong communication skills to work both with business leaders and IT teams Experience in SLA management (preferred) Understanding of middleware, SFTP, Single Sign-On, and enterprise architecture concepts (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Veeva Vault RIM administration and service delivery, with a strong focus on data analytics, reporting, and application integration.
