Job Overview At Trawick Construction Company, LLC, as a Telecom Aerial Foreman, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the on‑site expert, offering guidance and support to less experienced team members. Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators. Maintain safe work areas and keep traffic flow smooth during the job. Work safely at heights using climbing hooks and ladders. Safely use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws. Provide guidance and support to others as needed. Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice. Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Authorized to work in the United States for this company. High school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience. Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record. Must pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card. At least 3 years of related work experience. Must be a certified pole climber or willing to become certified. CDL Class “A” driver’s license preferred. Physical Requirements Work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces, and alone in remote locations. Operate vehicles and heavy machinery; use ladders; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects greater than 55 pounds. Occasionally use keyboard and mouse.
