Hospice Nurse Practitioner

VITAS Healthcare in Tinley Park, IL seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our hospice care team. The NP will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians to deliver high-quality palliative care. You will prescribe or recommend treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with hospice staff and volunteers as part of an interdisciplinary team. Illinois licensure and completion of an accredited NP program are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
