Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Job Description We are an established aesthetic medical practice serving the Tampa Bay area for over 10 years. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while helping clients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who can step into a busy practice with minimal training. This is not an entry-level aesthetics role. The ideal candidate is confident performing cosmetic injectable treatments independently and has experience using aesthetic laser platforms. We're looking for someone who enjoys building lasting patient relationships while educating clients on treatment plans, skincare, and additional services that improve outcomes. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans Perform laser procedures safely and effectively Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes Recommend appropriate skincare products and aesthetic services Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation Follow all clinical protocols and Florida regulations Deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping grow the practice Required Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner authorized to practice in Florida Legally authorized to perform cosmetic injections under current Florida regulations Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience Aesthetic laser experience Strong experience with a variety of cosmetic injectable treatments Excellent communication and patient consultation skillsProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and cosmetic products Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-volume medical spa or aesthetic practice Strong sales and patient retention skills Passion for aesthetics and continuing education Experience building long-term patient relationships What We Offer On track earnings over $160,000 per year with commission Established patient base Supportive clinical team Competitive hourly compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities Health insurance eligibility 401(k) program Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding aesthetic practice If you're an experienced aesthetic provider who thrives in a patient-focused, results-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
