SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in the Cleveland, TX area. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, attentive to detail, and genuinely passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life at home. This position is ideal for a caregiver who takes pride in providing reliable, personalized, and high-quality care and who understands the importance of treating every client with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene, providing mobility assistance and transfers as needed, preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary, providing medication reminders according to the client's care plan, assisting with light housekeeping and laundry, providing companionship and meaningful social interaction, accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and activities when needed, monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition or behavior, following individualized care plans and company policies, maintaining accurate and timely communication with the office and client's family, protecting client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times, and providing dependable care and communicating promptly regarding scheduling or client needs.

Qualifications include previous professional caregiving experience required (at least 6 months), experience with senior care, dementia care, mobility assistance, or complex care preferred, dependability, punctuality, and responsibility, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and make sound decisions within the scope of the care plan, patience, compassion, and professionalism, reliable and insured transportation and a valid driver's license is required, and the ability to pass required background and employment screenings.
