General Purpose:

To provide primary health care services including general and preventive medical care.

Job Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
2. Current Colorado APRN or PA license
3. National board certification
4. 2+ years primary care experience preferred
5. BLS required
6. Eligible or holds a DEA license.
7. Medical Spanish skills preferred but not required. Eligible for a pay increase upon successful completion of the Spanish Clinic Cultural Linguistic Assessment (CCLA)

Salary: $109,699 - $121,388 Annually; DOQ which includes $4,500 geographic pay incentive based on location

Sign-On Bonus: up to $10,000
