Job Description The hiring company, a leader in medical alert systems with a stellar reputation and over 30 years in business, is seeking passionate Inside Sales Representatives to join their team in NJ. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in helping seniors live safely and independently by offering our life‑saving medical alert systems. Qualifications: Coachable & Driven: A desire to learn and a commitment to success are essential. Honest & Compassionate: Building trust with our customers is paramount. Strong Communication Skills: Articulate and detail‑oriented, you can effectively communicate the value of our products. Hardworking & Positive: A go‑getter attitude and a friendly personality are key. Job Duties: Build relationships with qualified leads generated through TV advertising. (All leads provided, no cold calling!) Educate potential customers about the benefits of the hiring company's medical alert systems. Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Receive live sales transfers, maximizing your earning potential. Compensation: Draw against commission. Expected earnings range from $40,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on sales performance.
