Residential Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support all residential unit staff
- Create monthly staff schedules and assist with shift coverage as needed
- Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and role modeling
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards within the EHR and medication administration records (MAR)
- Assist with EHR and MAR audits to ensure proper procedures and compliance
- Oversee patient care activities and residential programming
- Coordinate patient meetings, activities, and therapeutic groups
- Support staff and patients during issues or emergencies during and after hours
- Maintain residential operations including supplies, food orders, and vehicle coordination
- Assist with transportation, food preparation, laundry, and other residential support tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license with no open cases (Required)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) (Required)
- Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certification (or ability to obtain) (Required)
- Narcan administration training (or ability to obtain) (Required)
- If in recovery, must demonstrate sustained abstinence and stability
