About This Role
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and nurturing Assistant Infant Teacher to join our childcare family. Working with Children ages 1 through 2 years old. If you love working with babies and creating a safe, loving environment where children can grow and thrive, we would love to meet you! Our center offers a cozy, home-like atmosphere where teachers, children, and families feel supported and valued every day. We believe in supporting staff to prevent teacher burnout while also helping staff to achieve their career goals. Operating 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
What You'll DoAssist lead teacher with daily infant care routines
Create a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
Support children’s developmental milestones through play and interaction
Communicate positively with families and team members
Help maintain classroom organization and sanitation standards
RequirementsExperience working with infants or young children preferred
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
