Medical Technologist Qualifications:
- Degree in Medical Technology or a related field required.
- ASCP or AMT certification required within one year of hire.
- 5-6 years of experience preferred; will consider candidates with at least six years of generalist experience.
- Strong reasoning, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Compliance with certification maintenance programs (ASCP/AMT membership requirements apply).
- 2nd Shift: 5x8s schedule.
- Day shift opportunities also available.
