ConciergeExpected pay for this position is $15.00-$20.25. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. MDH benefits package includes: medical, dental, vision 457B, company paid STD and LTD.Job Summary: Concierge are held to the highest standard of customer service. The primary purpose of this position is to meet, greet, and assist all patients and visitors, provide information and directions as requested, and be a visible representative of McDonough District Hospital.Job Specifications: No specific requirements for education. On-the-job training may be provided.Abilities, Interests and Temperaments: Possess the physical stamina to run throughout each shift, day after day. Ability to memorize facts accurately. Ability to maintain excellent guest service skills with the ability to react quickly and calmly in stressful situations using tact, discretion and good judgment while being courteous. Ability to push/pull wheelchairs, carts, walkers, oxygen tanks, etc. Must have the ability to work with a variety of patients of all populations (e.g. cultural diversity, ages from infant through geriatrics, hearing impaired, physical and mental disabilities, and variety of educational and cognitive levels).
