Commercial Building Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Valley View, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and grow your career in the commercial building industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business relationships with commercial clients in the assigned territory
- Conduct in-person sales calls, site visits, and product presentations to potential and existing customers
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored commercial building solutions
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while consistently pursuing new leads
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotes, and follow-up correspondence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Develope your own pipeline while working company provided leads
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in B to B Sales
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools
