About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the VP of Product, Principal. This pivotal role is focused on the development and implementation of strategies that align with the organization's goals and interests. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to ensure the coordinated planning and execution of activities necessary to achieve organizational objectives. This includes working with the leadership team on strategic business growth, innovation goals, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also serve as a strategic advisor, execution partner, and operational integrator, translating strategy into governance, operating cadence, executive communications, and measurable business outcomes. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience. The role requires exceptional communication, program, and project management skills, as well as the ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously. Experience in operating model transformation, portfolio governance, and financial and business acumen is essential. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have strong facilitation skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
